How do I know which one to pick?

If you are just starting the process and want to get an idea of where you stand and have a Loan Consultant review you credit report with you then select the "Basic 3 bureau credit report"

If you are seriously looking or have found a property and need to get a pre-approval letter then you must select the "3 Bureau Credit Report + Automated Underwriting.

If you have already found a property and have your Pre-approval and you loan officer has directed you to order the appraisal then select the third option.
